These cases are calendared on the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session. On March 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance in each of these cases. The next day, respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate the above-captioned cases for the purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. See Tax Court Rule 141(a). Petitioners do not object to the granting of either Motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Consolidate, filed March 23, 2023, is granted in that the cases at Docket Nos. 13309-22, 13311-22, 13314-22, and 13317-22 are hereby consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 22, 2023, is granted, and these cases are stricken from the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session and are continued. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
