The Court held trial for these consolidated cases at Special Trial Sessions in Washington, D.C., commencing on April 25 and May 23, 2022. On August 22, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Correct Transcript. Having stated therein that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Correct Transcript, filed August 22, 2022, is granted, and the list of corrections as set forth in the motion, shall be made. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of petitioners' Motion to Correct Transcript, filed August 22, 2022, and a copy of this Order on the Court's reporting service, eScribers, LLC, 7227 North 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona 85020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 10, 2022, eScribers, LLC shall make the revisions set forth in petitioners' Motion to Correct Transcript, and by that same date shall provide corrected transcripts to the Court and each of the parties.
