Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 8, 2024, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 13, 2024, file with the Court a proposed stipulated decision, or in lieu thereof, a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
