This case is currently set for trial at the Court's April 22, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session. On February 22, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, accompanied by a Declaration of Monica L. Rodriguez in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 25, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed February 22, 2024.

Petitioner is advised that failure to respond to respondent's Motion may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering decision against petitioner.
