MOTION DECISION

M289043

BETSY BARROS, J.P. LINDA CHRISTOPHER BARRY E. WARHIT LILLIAN WAN, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from seven orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated May 11, 2020. By order to show cause dated May 23, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

BARROS, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, WARHIT and WAN, JJ., concur.
