This case is calendared on the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York trial session. On March 11, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance in this case. In the motion respondent represents that this case is still with respondent's Office of Appeals and respondent's counsel has been unable to determine petitioner's opinion as to the granting of the motion. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 11, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York trial session and is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
