Equity. Before CIRILLO, J., without a jury. Adjudication filed dissolving preliminary injunction and directing that plaintiff be enjoined from discharging surface water on premises belonging to defendants and exceptions thereto by plaintiff dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 233, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 74-13031. Argued March 18, 1976.

Decree affirmed.
