Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed August 15, 2022, on the ground that the petition was not properly executed in that it was not signed by the taxpayers or by someone lawfully authorized to represent the taxpayers before this Court, and there appearing to be no objection to the granting of that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
