MEMORANDUM OPINION
Plaintiff Iqbal A. Pasha pro se ("Pasha") has moved for reconsideration of the order of September 10, 2002, relating to discovery in his discrimination action against William M. Mercer Investment Consulting, Inc. ("Mercer"). The motion, which was submitted on October 9, 2002, is granted to the extent set forth below.
1. The period to complete discovery is extended to January 14, 2003.
2. Pasha will comply with respect to the request for documents relating to IPI.
3. Mercer will produce the personnel records of all senior investment consultants hired from January 1, 1999 to January 1, 2000, and the records relating to any applicants during that period, or in lieu thereof, an interrogatory answer listing the names, ages, and nationality of such senior investment consultants and applicants, and any complaints of discrimination on the basis of age or nationality which have been the subject of internal review or third-party proceeding and any documents constituting a resolution of any such complaints during 1997, 1998, and 1999.
4. Documents will be exchanged on November 12, 2002.
5. Mercer will answer interrogatories relating to its corporate structure, describing any of its subsidiaries which employ senior investment consultants and the role, if any, performed by Mercer in the hiring of any such senior investment consultants, by November 12, 2002.
6. Pasha will be deposed for a half-day following the production of the IPI documents.
7. Mercer will produce for deposition any two of the three witnesses noticed before the completion of the deposition of Pasha and any remaining witness thereafter.
Any further rulings with respect to discovery will be made upon written application.
