The parties have filed a second stipulation of facts (Doc. 51), in which the Commissioner has stated relevance objections to eleven exhibits proffered by petitioners (i.e., Exs. 28-P through 38-P). The Court held a hearing on April 4, 2022, at which it heard argument from counsel for the parties. For the reasons stated on the record of that hearing, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's relevance objections are overruled, and Exhibits 28-P through 38-P are admitted into evidence, along with the other exhibits in the parties' first and second stipulations (Docs. 44, 51).
