Christopher S. Pascucci & Silvana B. Pascucci Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

By order of January 10, 2020 (Doc. 8), we directed the parties to file periodic status reports, and they have done so. By order and notice of July 21, 2021 (Docs. 29 and 30), we set this case for trial at the Court's Washington, D.C., trial session beginning December 13, 2021, and we issued our standing pretrial order (Doc. 31). Consistent with the sensible suggestion of the parties in their latest status report (Doc. 32), it is

ORDERED that our order of January 10, 2020 (Doc. 8) is vacated insofar as it requires periodic status reports. The parties are no longer required to file the reports.
