DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, to settle the record and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to settle the record is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application by appellant, in the court of original instance, to settle the record as required by section 850.7 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to February 16, 2021. No further extensions of time will be granted unless appellant files, on or before January 14, 2021, an application in the court of original instance to settle the record or a motion in this Court to waive certification of the record pursuant to section 1250.7 (g) (3) of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
