DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and to settle the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to settle the record is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application by appellant, in the court of original instance, to settle the record as required by section 850.7 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to October 13, 2020.
