Decided January 3, 1933.

BILL IN EQUITY, seeking a review of the action of the Portsmouth city council, revoking a license to operate a taxicab. The license in controversy was for the calendar year 1932.

Transferred by Sawyer, C.J.

Henry D. Yeaton, for the plaintiff.


The right sought to be established terminated in any event not later than December 31, 1932, and the case has become moot.

Bill dismissed.
