An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order and judgement (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 17, 2018, And respondent-appellant having moved for an order expanding the record on appeal to include certain allegedly pertinent documents, and for related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from counsel for respondent-appellant dated May 8, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
