Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to supplement the return is granted, without costs, to the extent that respondents shall file and serve the amended return on or before August 18, 2017, and petitioner may file and serve a supplemental brief, if any, on or before September 18, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a new briefing schedule is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of respondents is extended to October 18, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to compel settlement of original record and for further relief, is denied, without costs.
