This case is calendared for trial at the January 17, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, Trial Session of the Court.

On December 27, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 4, 2023, a basis of settlement has been reached in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed December 27, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's January 17, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that, on or before February 7, 2023, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
