SIRVICTOR LEJEAN PARSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 382nd Judicial District Court Rockwall County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2-23-0331

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The clerk's record filed March 12, 2024, is incomplete because it does not contain the jury verdict for the penalty stage of the trial. The clerk's record does include the "Charge of the Court - Penalty Phase" at pages 119 to 121, but the jury's verdict at the penalty stage is not in the clerk's record.

We ORDER Lea Carlson, District Clerk of Rockwall County, to file by MAY 27, 2024, a supplemental reporter's record containing the jury verdict for the penalty stage of the trial.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Lea Carlson, District Clerk of Rockwall County, and counsel for all parties.
