We REINSTATE this appeal and original proceeding.

By orders dated June 4, 2021 and July 16, 2021, we abated the appeal and original proceeding due to appellant's bankruptcy filing. In the appeal, appellee has filed a motion to reinstate informing the Court that appellant's bankruptcy case has been dismissed. We GRANT the motion.

Pending before the Court are the following motions filed by appellant/relator in the appeal and/or the original proceeding: (1) October 14, 2021 "Emergency Stay Writ of Execution Letter Request on October 12, 2021 and Emergency Stay of Writ of Execution on Her Homestead Property that Violates Abate [sic] Order"; (2) October 14, 2021 "Second Notice of Appeal to Stay Writ of Execution Letter Filed on October 12, 2021 Violates Abated Case Since May 27, 2021 Bankruptcy"; (3) October 15, 2021 "Emergency Motions to Vacate, Quash, Strike, and Unfile the Receiver's Bond"; (4) October 20, 2021 "Emergency Motions to Stay Writ of Execution, Stay Writ of Possession, Stay the Writ of Executions Filed in Bad Faith During an Active Bankruptcy and Abatement Case, and Monetary Sanctions"; (5) October 27, 2021 "Amended Emergency Motions to Stay the Notice of Constable Sale of Her Real Property"; and (6) November 1, 2021 "Emergency Motions to Quash, Strike, and Unfile the Memorandum Order and Opinion of Dismissal of a Recusal Filed in a Bankruptcy Case and Motion and New Notice of Appeal of Memorandum, Opinion, and Order Filed by the Second Attorney James Brendan Carroll, III Who has Violated the Bankruptcy Filing and Abatement Orders." We DENY the motions.

Prior to abating the appeal, we questioned our jurisdiction over the appeal and, as directed, appellant filed a letter brief addressing our concern. The Court will determine its jurisdiction over the appeal in due course.

The petition for writ of mandamus will be determined in due course.
