BRIDGET PARSON, Appellant v. BECKY COLE, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. CC-15-01563-B

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Myers, Stoddart, and Whitehill
Opinion by Justice Myers

On March 14, 2016, after affirming the trial court's order sustaining a contest to appellant's affidavit of indigence, we ordered appellant to pay, or make arrangements to pay, for the clerk's record. We ordered appellant to do so not later than March 24, 2016 and further ordered her to file, no later than March 29, 2016, written verification that she had done so. We cautioned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b),(c), 42.3(b),(c). To date, appellant has not responded. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 37.3(b),(c), 42.3(b),(c).
