This case was stricken from the Court's May 8, 2023, Dallas, Texas trial session and continued, jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On December 13, 2023, the parties filed a joint Status Report requesting additional time to file further reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2024, the parties shall file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should advise the Court of the anticipated length of trial and propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial.
