MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a notice of appeal on April 14, 2003. On April 14, 2003, this Court sent appellant two letters. In the first letter, appellant was directed to pay the filing fee of $125 within ten days of the date of the letter. Appellant was warned that failure to do so would result in dismissal of his appeal. In the second letter, appellant was directed to file docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letter. Appellant was warned that failure to do so may result in dismissal of his appeal. On April 17, 2003, the Court sent a letter to appellant informing him that his notice of appeal was defective and directing appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. Appellant was warned that failure to do so would result in dismissal of his appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, or filed the docketing statement or amended notice of appeal. Consequently, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) ad (c).
