DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents on appeals, by permission, from four orders of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, all dated December 20, 2010, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, for an expedited briefing schedule, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file 12 copies of the record or appendix and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
