ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On September 8, 2022, petitioner filed objections to (1) the Commissioner's motion to compel the taking of deposition of non-party Nicholas J. Ferrara, Jr., (2) the Commissioner's motion to compel the taking of deposition of non-party Vincent Greggo, (3) the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents and (4) the Commissioner's motion to compel responses to interrogatories. It would be helpful for the Court for the Commissioner to file a reply to the petitioner's objections. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2022, the Commissioner shall file reply to petitioner's objection to motion to compel the taking deposition of non-party Nichoals J. Ferrara, Jr. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2022, the Commissioner shall file reply to petitioner's objection to motion to compel the taking deposition of non-party Vincent Greggo. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2022, the Commissioner shall file reply to petitioner's objection to motion to compel production of documents. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 4, 2022, the Commissioner shall file reply to petitioner's objection to motion to compel responses to interrogatories.
