JON PARKS & ANDREA PARKS, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 9, 2022, for Des Moines, Iowa. On April 6, 2022, petitioners electronically filed a document under the category "Statement Everyone" (docket entry no. 7), and bearing the title of "Notice of Expert Designation for Trial" of the document. Even if we were to accept the filing as an "Expert Designation", it would be improper. See Tax Court Rule 143(g).

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Statement Everyone, filed April 6, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioners' Status Report.
