ORDER


The case was referred to the United States Magistrate Judge for report and recommendation on Plaintiffs Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Doc. No. 3). The Court having reviewed the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, and the objection filed by the plaintiff (Doc. 7), it is hereby

ORDERED that the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge is hereby APPROVED. Plaintiffs Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is DENIED and the complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff shall have 14 days to file an Amended Complaint, accompanied by the filing fee or renewed motion to proceed as a pauper. Clerk of the Court is directed to CLOSE the case.

It is SO ORDERED
