DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to seal the record and briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the record on appeal is sealed and the Clerk of this Court shall cause the copies of the record on file with this Court to be sealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's redacted brief is stricken and on or before May 21, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file an unredacted brief, under seal, and the brief shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 13, 2013, and the respondents' shall serve and file an unredacted brief on or before that date, which brief shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's unredacted reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]), and the reply brief shall remain sealed upon filing.
