An Article 78 proceeding to review a determination of Respondent(s) having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2022, and said proceeding having been perfected, And petitioners having moved for to stay enforcement of the agency decision issued on April 26, 2021, and to order the Department of Finance to reinstate Petitioners' status as parking ticket brokers and precluding them from interfering with Petitioners' ability to appear before the Parking Violations Bureau, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
