Gabrielle Parkey Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

By Order dated September 1, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's filing fee. On September 10, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Withdraw. However, further review indicates that petitioner's Motion appears to be more akin to a Letter indicating that petitioner does not intend to file an Amended Petition or pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Withdraw, is recharacterized as petitioner's Letter. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
