Appellants having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Jefferson on March 3, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Kevin M. McArdle, Esq., received October 26, 2015, and sworn to October 27, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Robert J. Slye, Esq., dated October 27, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the reply brief is filed and served on or before November 24, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
