Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve an answer in this CPLR article 78 proceeding,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jonathan D. Hitsous, Esq., dated December 4, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the answer is filed and served on or before February 13, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the petitioner's brief shall be filed and served on or before March 17, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before April 21, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
