An order of this Court having been entered on September 5, 2017 (M-4025), inter alia, consolidating the appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 23, 2016, and from a judgment, same court and Justice, entered on or about November 15, 2016, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the April 2018 Term.
