Decided October 15, 1956. Rehearing denied November 13, 1956.

Action for damages for personal injuries arising out of automobile accident. Defendant moved to make defendant in error a third party defendant and from a judgment of dismissal as to such third party defendant he brings error.

Affirmed.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Robert H. McWilliams, Jr., Judge.
