ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

No notice sufficient to confer jurisdiction upon the Court in this case was attached to the petition filed October 1, 2021. On December 20, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that no such notice was issued to petitioner. To date, no objection or other response has been received in response to the Court's Order issued March 29, 2022. Accordingly, and for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
