ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. On October 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Petitioner indicated on a November 1, 2022, conference call that she does not object to respondent's Motion.

It is therefore

ORDERED that respondent's Motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for petitioner's failure to properly prosecute. It is further

ORDERED that there is a $3,113 federal income tax deficiency for petitioner's 2018 taxable year.
