ORDER


The plaintiff having filed several essentially identical petitions to quash summons issued by the Interenal ARevenue Service as part of the same investigation,

IT IS ORDERED that the United States' Motion to Transfer and to Consolidate Cases (doc #5 in MC 02-0063 PHX PGR, doc. #2 in MC 02-0068 PHX PGR, and doc. #2 in MC 02-0069) is granted in part and denied in part. It is granted pursuant to Local Rule 1.2(g)(1) and 1.10(i) to the extent that MC 02-69 PHX RGS is transferred to the Honorable Paul G. Rosenblatt for all further purposes; it is denied to the extent that the motion seeks the consolidation of these cases.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MC 02-0075 PHX FJM is transferred to the Honorable Paul G. Rosenblatt pursuant to Local Rule 1.2(g)(1) for all further purposes.
