DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 15, 2013, to stay further enforcement of a final judgment entered May 1, 2013 pending the determination of the appeal, and for an order finding that appellant has paid all monies due pursuant to the final judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to stay further enforcement of the final judgment entered May 1, 2013 pending the determination of the appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the remainder of appellant's motion is denied.
