The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 140 Conn.App. 81, 58 A.3d 327, is granted, limited to the following issue:
“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the evidence did not support a finding that the plaintiff wilfully failed to satisfy the terms of the alimony buyout provision by attempting to pay his obligations with assets worth less than the agreed upon amount?”
