On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F03-55248-RT. Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, LANG, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, Cory I. Paris was convicted of theft of property valued at $20,000 or more but less than $100,000. The trial judge sentenced appellant to three years' imprisonment. The clerk's record was due by April 5, 2005. We have received verification from the Dallas County District Clerk that appellant, who is not indigent, has not paid for the clerk's record. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
