Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of a fall on certain of the defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Noren, J., granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Gary Greg and Robert M. Fitzgerald, certified legal intern, filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Owe P. Fagan filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).
