On April 16, 2024, the parties filed a proposed stipulation decision, which appears to not address the penalties under I.R.C. sections 6662(a) and 6676, as determined in the notice of deficiency dated October 12, 2021. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint proposed stipulated decision is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report with the Court.
