ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

These cases were on the Court's October 19, 2015 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. Progress was slow because's Mr. Murray is likely to remain incarcerated until approximately 2026 -- but respondent reported earlier this year that his review of third-party records has enabled him to conclude that Mr. Murray's very large deficiency was really a giant capital loss. Mr. Murray wouldn't object to a decision in his favor, but there remain other transactions that may have produced losses that the parties need to figure out and getting things through the prison system does take time. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before October 8, 2021 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file another status report that describes his progress toward settlement.
