On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


On the authority of Ex parte Pardue, 797 So.2d 409 (Ala. 2000), the judgment of the district court is reversed and this case is remanded for the entry of an order vacating Pardue's conviction and sentence.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
