ORDERED that this case is set for trial at a Special Session scheduled to commence on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the C. Clifton Young Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse Room 1161, 300 Booth Street, Reno, NV 89509. Based on the parties' representations, the Court estimates that the trial will last one-to-two weeks.
