ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge.

On March 8, 2023, the Court held a remote pretrial conference in these consolidated cases. After discussion with the parties, the Court will conduct a hearing on whether the return filed by the IRS for Mr. Simpson's 2013 tax year is in fact his return. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that these cases are scheduled for hearing at the Court's May 17, 2023, Washington, DC, special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Judge Buch shall preside over this hearing. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that any subpoenas shall be issued by April 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that any expert witness reports shall be exchange with all parties, and any motions for leave to file expert witness reports shall be filed with the Court, by April 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that any stipulation of facts or proposed exhibits shall be filed with the Court by April 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that prehearing memoranda shall be filed with the Court by April 28, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, the discovery deadline having passed, any discovery sought for purposes of this hearing may only be sought by motion for leave of the Court.
