On February 24, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel responses to interrogatories and a motion to compel production of documents as to petitioners, Jeffrey D. Hoyal & Lori D. Hoyal at docket no. 6791-20 and Crater Lake Trust, David Hoyal, Trustee at docket no. 10830-20. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to compel responses to interrogatories and the motion to compel responses to production of documents filed February 24, 2023, shall be set for hearing at the previously scheduled pretrial conference at the Court's March 8, 2023, Washington, DC, special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
The parties shall refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served on February 23, 2023, that contains comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced hearing.
