On January 27, 2023, Jeffrey D. Hoyal & Lori D. Hoyal filed a Response to First Request for Admissions (docket entry 101) in Docket No. 6791-20, and Crater Lake Trust, David Hoyal, Trustee, filed the same Response to First Request for Admissions (docket entry 94) in docket no. 10830-20. On January 30, 2023, Dennis Lee Simpson filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents on the Commissioner (docket entry 85) in Docket No. 17771-21.
Although this is a group of consolidated cases, the parties to each of the cases are different and they currently cannot electronically file these documents in all of the consolidated cases. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file docket entry 101 filed in Docket No. 6791-20 in the consolidated cases at 20894-19, 17749-21, and 17771-21. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file docket entry 85 filed in Docket No. 17771-21 in the consolidated cases at Docket Nos. 20894-19, 6791- 20, 10830-20, and 17749-21. It is further
ORDERED that the Commissioner shall file a response to Mr. Simpson's Motion to Compel Production of Documents by February 24, 2023.
