WHEREAS, class member Albert Paragamian filed a class action complaint on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated against Crompton Corporation, Vincent A. Calarco and Peter Bama on June 18, 2003 captioned Paragamian v. Crompton Corporation, et al., Case No. 03-3369 ("Complaint"); and

WHEREAS, the Lead Plaintiff to be appointed will represent class member Albert Paragamian's interests in this litigation;

NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Albert Paragamian voluntarily dismisses the Complaint without prejudice.
