Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of Order, filed September 26, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered August 26, 2022, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the State in petitioner's address in the Court's record from "Louisiana" to "Iowa". It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial in this case is changed to Des Moines, Iowa. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to file an amended petition (see form attached) is extended to October 31, 2022.
