On October 12, 2021, Jason M. Silver and Chris J. Sheldon filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel. On February 23, 2022, Mr. Silver and Mr. Sheldon filed a supplement to their motion.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 22, 2022, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motions to withdraw, as supplemented. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the just-referenced motions to withdraw or other appropriate action by this Court.
